Patients who pay in full at the time of service, are extended a prepayment reduction. Monthly payment plans for 6, 9, 12 or 18 months same as cash are available for those who qualify. Patients with dental insurance can have their claims submitted electronically or on traditional paper forms by the patient coordinator, depending on the requirements of the insurance carrier. The patient is responsible for any difference between the fees and insurance coverage. This portion is expected at the time of service.
